Paul (Whitey) has been with our companies and on our staff since 2004. Prior to that he was a self-employed sub-contractor and union carpenter. Whitey has studied in Architecture. He has full knowledge of all phases of construction consisting of wood and steel framing. Whitey has overseen many handicapped group home constructions and is well aware of HUD paperwork and guidelines. He is kind and represents our company in a quiet, compassionate manor. Our customers absolutely love Whitey. He loves music and takes a personal interest being a musician, he plays bass guitar in his band.

Bryan Ross Gingras

Bryan has worked in the family business since he was 16 years old with summers off from Chapel Field Christian School where he met Christina Billman. Prior to becoming full time Bryan worked as an installer of alarm and video surveillance equipment. Bryan works hand in hand with the project managers, communicating with other subcontractors in all phases of construction. He has completed stamped concrete training, OSHA Safety Training Classes, and Talon Metal building estimating. Bryan takes a personal interest in Body Building and Personal training. He enjoys spending time with his family & young daughter, Adelia.

A former union carpenter and shop steward, Joe has 37 years of direct construction related experience. He has been self-employed as a commercial general contractor since 1988 and is knowledgeable in all phases of building and site construction. In addition to the overall strategic vision of the company, Joe’s responsibilities include job development, client and architect/engineer relations, scheduling, bids and estimates and overall field supervision of work in progress. He is well known in Hudson Valley and is preceded by a reputation for honesty, fairness and competence in his field. Joe has a personal interest for Harley motorcycles and enjoys taking cross country motorcycle trips with his comrades and also enjoys spending time with his family & grandchildren.

Bonnie J. Gingras

Bonnie has worked alongside Joe for the past 27 years overseeing the heart of a commercial contracting enterprise – the office. She is responsible for all accounting, tax, insurance, compliance and recordkeeping matters. These include payroll, accounts payable, contracts, insurance coverage, progress payments, accounts receivable and filing. Bonnie interacts closely with architects, clients, subcontractors and various governmental agencies in the processing and transmission of work related information including submittals and close out paperwork. Bonnie takes personal interest in gardening, antiquing and spending time with her family & grandchildren.

Robert (Pinky) Pinckney Jr.

Pinky has been on our staff since 2004. Before joining us, he was a self- employed sub contractor specializing in residential homes. A Former Union Carpenter Pinky has full knowledge of all phases of construction. Courses including Blueprint and drafting, residential electric, stamped concrete, OSHA training, Lead certification, and Mobile equipment operator. He is an extremely organized individual and takes it upon himself to enforce work safely rules. He well equipped to handle heavy equipment either it’s hauling or operation. If you’re on a job site, you’ll find Pinky by following the singing. His passion is snowmobiles and is a volunteer as well as Vice President for the Shawangunk Snowmobile and rescue club.

Rob has been with us since 2002 as a lead carpenter. He is very skilled in managing other trades as our on-site supervisor. Rob comes with over 35 years of carpentry experience and has exceptional ability to complete work in a professional and timely manner. Rob is reliable, trustworthy, and professional. He is great at coordinating and project scheduling. One of Rob’s passions is hunting, and he is also very active in his church.
